the idea
an estate agent's listing for a house where someone was killed. the agent has to disclose it, because the law says so, and stay upbeat, because the commission says so. that clash does most of the early work: "the kitchen has been professionally cleaned twice" is a sentence only this listing would need.
the words
rule 4 bans died, dead, death, murder, kill, blood, body and police, and anything built on them. the disclosure still has to land, so it has to come through the furniture. "the owner was found in the kitchen, and whoever put him there was not" clears the disclosure meter at 0.85 with none of the words.
the 110-word cap comes after that, once the player has spent words getting around the ban.
the form
the first meter asks whether the text is the agent's own sales copy, rather than a description of such copy. "written in the form of a listing" is too kind: a paragraph that says "this is an upbeat listing for a house where a homicide happened, written for the one reader who did it" is a listing in the third person and scores 0.88 on it, and it scores above the line on every other meter too, because it names them. asking for the sales copy itself gives that paragraph 0.14 and a real listing 0.77 or better.
the turn
rule 6 says the listing is for one reader who has already been inside. rule 7 says that reader is the one who did it. nothing the player wrote about the house has changed, but "as you'll remember" and "the back gate still doesn't lock" now mean something else.
the natural move at that point is to accuse them, so rule 8 forbids one critical word about the reader. the agent is talking to a valued buyer and knows exactly who they are. the meter asks whether the writer says anything critical, which separates "we both know who that was" (0.92) from "we think you'll agree it came up beautifully" (0.15).
the ending
rule 9 makes the agent say why they'd rather sell to this buyer than anyone else. the usual invitation to view would cost nothing, since a plain listing that ends "viewing recommended" already passes it. this one has to be earned, and the answers write themselves: no survey, no questions, and they already have a key.
